There’s also a very cool snake swing and a larger climbing frame for older children. The best postcode is MK6 3AY. The park is located on Simpson Drive which just off the H9 Groveway in Milton Keynes. There is a car park.

The aim is still to reach the middle of the maze however, if you can get there with all the correct answers written on your card – then you should know how to find The Golden Dragonfly hidden in the round house at the centre! More tricky than it looks you should allow yourselves 20 – 30 minutes to complete our maze. Afterwards take a look in our shop “Amaze n things” full of traditional toys, puzzles and gifts. info@thedragonflymaze … Bourton-on-the-Water is a village in the rural Cotswolds area of south central England. There are two fun outdoor play areas in Brooklands Meadow Park, each different in design to cater for younger and older children, they are very popular in the summer months. The park is well used by local residents with a rapidly increasing catchment area. Attractive, ornate bridges are scattered throughout the park and provide a real point of interest. There are also some pleasant wildflower areas along the margins of the brook itself. Please be careful when visiting during wetter weather – the site does flood considerably when rainfall is heavy. We would recommend dogs are kept on leads in Brooklands Meadow Park. …. This is probably the park in MK that we have visited the most. It has a sand pit area and wooden structure for children to climb up and then put the sand down the chutes. It resembles a smaller version of the sand and water pump area at Sywell Country Park – but there’s no water. There’s a small climbing frame which is good for toddlers and a larger climbing frame which has a wide bumpy slide. The tarmac floor is multi-coloured. There are animal shaped rockers as well as carved wooden animal sculptures. There’s a fun wobbly pirate ship and a baby swing. The park is beautiful in the summer and set amongst wild flowers. It’s easy to get to – the best postcode is MK10 7ER which takes you to Trafalgar Drive which is the road opposite the park. It is of course a residential area so please be considerate to people living there when parking. http://miltonkeyneskids.com/project/b…#

Last week Maya spotted a little mouse in the house. At first we didn’t believed her, mommy thinking she is mentioning her toys. But she saw it after and we ordered some traps. We placed some cheese inside and that’s how we caught Mickey Mouse. We went out to release him at Fuzton Lake. A wonderful place near us. After that, we played and walked and fed some ducks. A lovely evening. Furzton Lake Don’t miss Providing a striking landmark at Furzton is the Triple Star Head sculpture by Romanian artist Paul Neagu, shaped like a comet with its tail erupting from the earth. Look out, too, for the Silhouetted Portals by Wendy Hitchings – wooden sculptures on the islands near Lynmouth Crescent, which have proved popular with the resident bird population. Find out about the artworks at Furzton Lake and in our other parks here. There is a designated barbecue area near the ‘star’ car park, off the V4 Watling Street. Groups of 10 or more will need permission from firstname.lastname@example.org Sport A Model Boat Club operates from Furzton, using the bays on the Lynmouth Crescent side of the lake. Fishing at the lake is managed by Milton Keynes Angling Association. Korfball is played on Thursday nights in the summer. Events For full programme see our events pages. Wildlife Volunteers help The Parks Trust clear the islands of scrub and bramble, to provide a better habitat for ground nesting birds. The lake also has a large population of geese and other waterfowl. Car parking Free car parking at the following locations: V4 Watling St opposite the National Bowl Lynmouth Crescent between Swimbridge Lane and Pinkworthy Shirwell Crecent Charging points for electric cars can be found in the car park off Shirwell Crescent. Toilets There are no public toilets at this site, but the hotel has customer toilets during opening hours. Disabled access There are good all-weather paths around the lake with some steep gradients near the outflow close to the V4 car park.
SWITCH UP YOUTUBE KIDS for OUTDOOR Playground Fun | Creative Play | Emberton Country Park Video We went out in Emberton Country Park, a wonderful park in Milton Keynes. It has excellent play areas which includes a big pirate ship, a big slide and a floor trampoline. There’s also a new creative play area with shingle and a sandpit with diggers. Lovely walks around the lake. Maya even spent some time with some ducklings. You can easily enjoy a good few hours there. The park is free to enjoy – you can park a bit further away on a residential street or otherwise charges apply in the actual park itself. Emberton Country Park is a 200-acre (0.81 km2) Country park on the Great Ouse River, located near the village of Emberton, near the town of Olney, Buckinghamshire, England, United Kingdom.
